Hi, my name is Andrzej “Walter” Lipski, and I am a local home buyer here in Connecticut. I have been buying real estate and helping people since 2016. After completing my service with the Marine Corps, I moved back to Connecticut and made it my home again. I studied Computer Science at NWCCC and Westfield State. I’ve done computer programming, network engineering, systems, and cloud architecture. I’ve managed multi-million dollar projects and large-scale teams.

Now, I own my own real estate investment company. I love what I do because I’ve been able to help people in tough situations for the last several years. I am confident I can help you, too. Hi, I’m Mary. My first venture into real estate is partnering with Andre as a home buyer. As an elementary teacher, though, I’m excited to join my students in learning something new. And I’ve already noticed that my teaching skills won’t go to waste in this new venture! One of my favorite moments as a teacher is seeing something “click” for a kid who’s been struggling. In the classroom, I live for those moments – breaking down the steps, looking for other strategies, and finding and building connections between what they know and what they need to know. I see the process of helping folks sell a property that no longer fits their needs in kind of the same way. We look at the problem together, think through the different strategies we’ve learned, and find a way to help someone get from where they are to where they want to be. 

These 2 schnauzers are Beau (front) and Scuttlebutt (back). They have been loyal companions and motivational coaches these last few years. They enjoy catching sunbeams on the deck and testing out deck furniture for quality. Sometimes, they like to go on walks or ride in the car and look for homes that need a little TLC. They are a gentle bunch, and maybe they might come by on a property walkthrough or pick out flooring and paint colors. While they are busy with prior commitments, snoozing, or chasing rabbits, you might meet them on occasion when they are dabbling in real estate.
